Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Service to oversee and optimize remote contact center operations supporting collectors.



Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
Develop and implement customer service strategies and policies to enhance satisfaction and achieve service level targets
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for efficiency


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a customer service management role within a contact center environment
Strong understanding of contact center operations and industry best practices
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and contact center technologies
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
