Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of User Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of designers and researchers, participate in project planning, and collaborate with other business areas
Drive usability studies, guide UX program development, and oversee the production of design documents
Conduct performance appraisals, mentor the UX team, and participate in hiring and onboarding processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, relevant design field, computer science, or related technical degree
10+ years of design experience, with 1-3 years in a Director-level role in UX
8+ years of leadership experience in UI/UX design teams, experience managing UX research teams, and expertise in design best practices
Experience with UX research platforms and UX design platforms
Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
