Job Description:

*Responsible for providing clinical/administrative supervision to Case Management program. Familiarity with co-occurring modalities, motivational interviewing & treatment matching protocols. Oversee admissions, transfers, discharges, assessments, PCP, individual plans of service and interdisciplinary services. Will perform audits and report summaries to Program Manager of team productivity, internal chart audits and program outcomes necessary to assure compliance with program standards, contract requirements, applicable laws and regulations as well as accreditation standards. Participates in the recruitment, hiring and orientation of new staff and provides effective supervision. Lead team meetings and participate in on-call coverage. Bachelors degree in Social Work with full licensure (LBSW) preferred; will consider limited licensure.
