We're seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant Salon Manager at a Great Clips salon.
As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the salon manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, manage the salon's operations, and lead a team of stylists to achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Providing feedback and coaching to stylists to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:

Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
