The VP of Channel Operations will report to our CEO and oversee all efforts and operations related to marketing, business development, conversion, onboard, training, support, and customer success related to our B2B/channel partners and customers. Our primary channel partners are funeral homes and directors, but we hope to expand into new channels with your stewardship.
In this role you will expand Company' systems and processes, expertly manage the team, maximize retention of our partners, and help the company continue to grow rapidly. You will be part of the executive team, helping others drive Company products and go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities and duties Lead strategy development to achieve high-growth channel acquisition, onboarding, retention, performance and support for our business SaaS product. Oversee channel partner marketing, from the top of the funnel down to lead conversion, utilizing a sophisticated Salesforce Pardot implementation; oversee trade show strategy and execution. Lead, manage and inspire performance of your Channel Partner success team using Salesforce. You will need to double the size of the team over the next twelve months from its current five Managers and one Director. Own the entire customer support organization and ensure we have the correct resources in place while also planning future organizational design. Define and track customer success KPIs and goals; analyze relevant data to improve processes, drive innovation, and inform decisions. Partner with the CEO to lead business development for major account channel partnerships, as well as lead efforts extending Company into new channels. Lead deployment of strategic marketing and product integration partnerships to the channel. Collaborate with marketing, technology, revenue operations, product, and business operations teams on cross-functional initiatives to drive company growth. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions About You:
