The ideal candidate is someone with not only a keen eye for detail

The Rosin Lead/Supervisor is expected to oversee Rosin Technicians
and ensure all rosin production methods are being executed
according to SOPs without deviation. This individual is also
responsible for ensuring that both pre-production and
post-production tasks are accomplished, keeping highly accurate and
detailed production records, and assisting in any additional tasks
assigned by management.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting Lab Supervisor to ensure all required paperwork is
completed
METRC
Dynamics
Google Sheets/Excel
Production Sheets
Ensuring all product weights, containers, and jars are accounted
for.
Work closely with the Water Hash Department to ensure successful
and accurate product transfers.
Assist Lab Supervisor with management of lab employees including
but not limited to, supervising common tasks, tracking and holding
departments accountable for performance metrics, assisting in
increasing overall awareness, skills and performance of the
team.
Assist Lab Supervisor with creation of Rosin Prep and Pressing
production sheets.
Leads, guides, and communicates to employees in a professional
manner.
Provides training and development to new and existing
employees.
Notifies supervisor of any product issues including damage or
contamination.
Notifies supervisor of any equipment failures and supply needs for
the department.
Assist Lab Supervisor with tracking of lab supplies and ensuring
that lab supplies remain in stock at all times
Ensure all employees are accurately and effectively executing
General SOPs, Production SOPs, Storage SOPs, and Transferring
SOPs.
Ensure the department maintains a clean working environment.
Communicates any performance or production concerns to the
supervisor.
Any other tasks as assigned by the Lab Supervisor or Production
Director.
Perform tasks such as pre-processing, operating rosin pressing
equipment, post processing work and data entry.
Organization of bulk Water Hash and processed Rosin
Preferred qualifications:
1+ years experience in rosin extraction.
Experience in a production role that required time management and
high standards for quality control.
Experience solventless production - particularly processing of
solventless products.
Knowledge and ability to use standard lab equipment, filling
equipment, vacuum ovens, hot plates, extraction equipment, etc.
Attention to detail.
Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and
software including word processing, database management, METRC,
spreadsheet applications and electronic mail.
Skilled in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions,
projecting consequences of proposed actions, and implementing
recommendations in support of company philosophies and goals.
Ability to work in a walk-in Freezer for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high-stress
situations, and be flexible and adaptable when a situation
requires.
Be able to reach set goals within a given time frame.
Efficient at repetitive tasks.
Work well as part of a team.

require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at
least 21 years of age.
