  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the State of Michigan
  • B.S. or M.S. in Occupational Therapy from school accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (Only an Associate's degree is required for a COTA)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • People Skills - Communication, teamwork
  • Work ethic- Adaptability/flexibility, personal responsibility
