Help change lives on a daily basis!Entech Medical Staffing currently has an Immediate need for 2 Medical Assistants for a Multi-Specialty Practice located in the Milford area. Must have excellent communication and patient care skills.*JOB DUTIES:* Greet and welcome patients and guests. Room patient and obtain medical history and chief complaint. Obtain vitals, blood draws, administer injections/vaccines, perform EKG's, Urinalysis, A1C, PFTs and wound care. Patient triage, answer phone inquiries according to physician and/or departmental protocols and document patient information into patient medical records. Assist in set-up and cleanup of treatment rooms. Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies. Maintain equipment and supply inventory. Assist with front office clerical duties as needed. Must have good communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to perform work independently and to be a team player.*QUALIFICATIONS:*-HS Diploma or gen. equiv.-Medical Assistant Diploma and or transcripts, unless CCMA or RMA.-Highly professional, personable, and must share our commitment to patient care and service-Able to uphold our core values: of great work ethic, respect for others, excellence in service, adaptability and trustworthy-EMR systems-Must have excellent attendance and reliable transportation.*Pay Rate: *$20.00-$22.00*IND2*Job Types: Full-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekMedical Specialty:* Primary CareSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No weekendsExperience:* Phlebotomy: 1 year (Required)* Administer injections: 1 year (Required)* EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)* EKG: 1 year (Required)* Medical Assistant: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:* BLS with the American Heart Association or able to re-new (Required)Ability to Commute:* Milford, MI (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
