Job Description:

We're looking for a Lead Primary Care Physician who can make a real difference in the healthcare of our senior population. As a key member of our physician-led organization, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of patients every day. We are seeking an individual who is innovative, driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses
• Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes
• Lead and collaborate with a care team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Engage with hospitalists and specialists when necessary
• Coach patients towards setting and achieving health goals
• Lead meetings and promote a positive team culture Requirements:
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
  • Current, active MD licensure
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice
  • Board certification in relevant specialty preferred
  • Current DEA number for controlled substances
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Benefits:
