  As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will provide technical and patient support, communicate with physicians, and operate equipment safely and correctly. You will also assess the procedure room, obtain supplies, and participate in performance improvement activities.
  Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and patient support during invasive and non-invasive procedures
    
  • Communicate with physicians about patient condition
    
  • Operate equipment safely and correctly
    
  • Assess procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness
    
  • Obtain supplies for individual cases
    
  • Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities
    
    Requirements
    
    • 
      
    • Formal 2-year radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school
      
    • Basic EKG Course
      
    • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
      
    • ARRT certification
      
    • State license (if required)
      
    • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
