  Job Summary:
  
  Provide leadership in patient care coordination and delivery.
  
  Utilize nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementation.
  
  Communicate patient information effectively.
  
  Participate in resolving variances from patient care goals.
  
  Requirements:
  
  Strong clinical knowledge, nursing services experience.
  
  Effective communication with patients, families, and hospital staff.
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
