Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months. --- 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission). --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Additional Details: Required Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Schedule Notes: At least 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg-Tele unit required. Will be working on ACE (Acute Care of Elderly) unit. 60+ year old Patients 1:5 Ratio Stroke Overflow unit Diverse patient population. Shift: Every other weekend, every other holiday, no on call, no block scheduling available. 1 reference from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission Certifications: --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
