Job Description:
Seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant
in Carlisle, PA for a full-time role (5 days/week) offering
$150,000-$200,000 annually. Provide primary care in skilled nursing
and long-term care facilities, including exams, diagnosis,
treatment, and care plan development. Order and interpret
diagnostics, prescribe medications, and collaborate with staff to
ensure quality resident care. Must hold an active Pennsylvania
license, with at least 6 months of long-term care experience.
Strong communication skills and a passion for elder-centered
