Job Description Description Outpatient position /n Description - External /n /n - Organizes and conducts defined portions of the Speech Language Pathology to facilitate the habilitation or rehabilitation of people with speech, language, cognitive linguistic, psychosocial, and swallowing disabilities. /n - patient participation in selected activities to establish, enhance, and restore speech, language, cognitive linguistic, psychosocial, and swallowing abilities or compensate for their loss. /n - Patient evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning. /n - Patient treatment. Documentation. /n /n /n /n Additional Responsibilities /n /n - Performs other duties as assigned. /n - Complies with all policies and standards. /n - For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. /n - Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
