Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Rochester,
Michigan, 48307! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

AM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 3 years of Labor & Delivery
experience required License: Current licensure by the State Board
of Nursing Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: 1. 3 years of
Labor & Delivery experience 2. 1 year Cerner experience 3.
Proficiency in labor, postpartum, and special care Description:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality
compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides,
delegates, supervises, and documents care and teaching of patients
and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family
information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding
solutions for variances from patient goals. Ensures implementation
of solutions. Skills Required: Clinical knowledge and analytical
abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and
hospital personnel. Preferred Skills: N/A Education Required:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Preferred
