Type: 1099 Locum Tenens Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse
Anesthetist (CRNA) Facility: Henry Ford St. John’s Hospital Start
Date: As soon as credentialed Openings: 3 Schedule Monday–Friday,
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3-month contract with option to extend No
weekends or call Estimated credentialing: 90–120 days Requirements
Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – Required Active Michigan license –
Required ACLS & BLS (AHA) – Required Pediatric case experience –
Required Clean background and malpractice history – Required
Conversion Rate Cap: $18K – Required at time of presentation
