Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Novi, MI Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $238,368 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Start Date: ASAP – credentialing required Openings: 2 CRNAs (Permanent) Schedule: Varied day shifts minimal call | Some weekends ? Position Overview An exciting opportunity for full-time CRNAs to join a collaborative anesthesia team in an Ambulatory Surgery Center setting. This role offers variety, autonomy, and a chance to serve patients across all ages while enjoying a balanced schedule. Position Details Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center role Varied day shifts minimal call Some weekend shifts required Start: ASAP (credentialing up to 90 days) Patient load: Varies EMR: Epic Occasional travel to other ambulatory sites may be required Key Responsibilities Administer IV, inhalation, and regional anesthesia for diverse surgical/medical procedures Manage airways and perform intubations (pediatric to geriatric patients) Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, perioperative care, and documentation Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams Support quality improvement, patient safety, and ongoing professional development ?
