Provide critical care for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ICU environment Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition using advanced equipment and protocols Administer medications, manage ventilators, and care for central lines, arterial lines, and drains Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Document accurately and timely using EPIC or facility-specific EHR system Educate and support patients and families during critical care situations 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Different healthcare facilities may have varying levels of technological advancements.
