ICU/Critical Care RN in Rochester, Michigan, 48307! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12
Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience License: Current
licensure by the state nursing board Certifications: BLS and ACLS
required Must-Have: - Experience with CRRT system - Cerner
experience required Description: Provides leadership in the
coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and
document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively
communicates pertinent patient and family information to the health
care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from
patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Demonstrates
clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate
effective nursing care plans. Performs a wide variety of
professional nursing services. Communicates effectively with
patients, families, and hospital personnel. Graduation from an
accredited school of nursing is required. A Bachelor’s degree in
