Responsibilities: Prepare customized non-sterile compounded medications in compliance with USP 795 and USP 800 guidelines. Compound a wide range of formulations, including creams, ointments, capsules, suspensions, and troches. Maintain accurate compounding logs, formulations, and quality control records. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for each prescription. Follow safety protocols for handling hazardous and non-hazardous substances. Support the pharmacist in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment.
