At IM Health, we offer a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated Registered Dietitian to lead and grow our nutrition programming within a collaborative, innovative medical team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in outpatient counseling, program development, and patient engagement. This role blends clinical nutrition, wellness program design, and community outreach—perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing, forward-thinking healthcare environment. ResponsibilitiesNutrition & Wellness · Design, implement, and oversee IM | Health’s nutrition and wellness programming. · Create and adapt individualized nutrition care plans for diverse patient needs. · Develop curricula, patient education materials, and evidence-based resources. · Educate providers and staff on the nutrition care process and emerging nutrition science. · Deliver 1:1 consultations, group classes, workshops, and community education. · Actively engage patients in wellness initiatives with a strong track record of successful outcomes. · Collaborate with medical providers to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care. · Stay informed on trends in emotional, mental, physical, financial, spiritual, and social wellness. · Lead the development and evolution of IM Health’s wellness programs and service lines. · Provide timely, effective communication to promote team collaboration and exceptional patient care. · Contribute to written content for IM Health nutrition-focused blog posts and monthly newsletters. · Serve as a key contributor to the growth and innovation of the nutrition service line. Sales & Marketing · Represent IM Health in the community through outreach events, educational sessions, and sponsorship activities. · Promote IM Health's mission, vision, values, and patient-centered philosophy in all interactions. · Participate in marketing initiatives designed to expand awareness of IM Health nutrition services. · Support and collaborate with the team to enhance community visibility and deliver cohesive patient experiences. Qualifications · Completion of an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics–accredited internship. · Broad knowledge of evidence-based nutrition principles and emerging industry trends. · Experience delivering outpatient nutrition counseling across age groups. · Experience developing and implementing wellness programs, workshops, or seminars. · Strong public speaking, patient-engagement, and sales/communication skills. · Ability to work independently, multitask effectively · High-energy, positive, and professional with strong interpersonal skills. · Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education. · Demonstrates excellence in both internal and external customer service.
