working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in
West Bloomfield, Michigan, 48322! Job Title: Labor and Delivery
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor & Delivery
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7pm-7am Hours per Shift: 12 Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery License: Current licensure
by the Michigan State Board of Nursing Certifications: BLS, ACLS,
NRP Must-Have: - 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience -
Post-Partum experience required Description: Provides leadership in
the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient
care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and
document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively
communicates pertinent patient and family information to the
healthcare team. Participates in finding solutions for variances
from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Demonstrates clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary
to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit to which
assigned. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing
services. Ability to communicate effectively with patients,
families, and hospital personnel. Graduation from an accredited
school of nursing is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
