Provide quality care to a wide variety of patients in an Emergency
Department with an annual census of 36,000 visits. - Collaborate
with a supportive team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to
deliver efficient, patient-centered care. - Manage acute
conditions, injuries, and emergencies for a diverse patient
population. - Work with the latest EPIC EMR system for streamlined
documentation and patient management. - Help manage both routine
and high-acuity cases in a non-designated trauma center. - Adhere
to best practices and guidelines to ensure safety and patient
satisfaction. - Have the flexibility to handle mixed shifts and
varied caseloads based on need. Location: - Live and work in the

physician/APP role requires stamina in fast-paced healthcare:
prolonged standing/walking (8-12 hrs/shift); rapid emergency
movement (sprints, crowds); lifting/carrying 25-50 lbs equipment;
pushing/pulling 100 lbs (beds/carts) with aid; frequent
bending/stooping/kneeling for care; constant reaching/fine motor
skills (suturing/IVs); occasional climbing/balancing; tolerating
stressors (temps, noise, fluids, hazards) during irregular
shifts/on-call/infection risks—accommodations for disabilities;
varies by setting (clinic/ER).
