Key Responsibilities: Perform nursing duties aligned with the ICU scope of service. Conduct thorough initial assessments upon patient admission and develop individualized plans of care. Implement nursing interventions and adjust plans of care through ongoing evaluation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to ensure seamless communication across the healthcare team. Promote patient and staff safety by identifying, reporting, and addressing potential hazards. Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues and patients to resolve concerns. Support professional growth by offering constructive feedback and seeking continuous learning opportunities. Meet all departmental competency requirements to uphold high standards of clinical care. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing preferred.
