Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Detroit, MI Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,074 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position ID: 74867613 Shift: Schedule for days (2 Positions) 6:30 am - 7:00 pm (3/12), every other weekend and holiday. Orientat Description: Job Summary: Under general supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, delivers life-support, resuscitation, monitoring and various medical gases therapy to patients. Performs invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures to Intensive Care and General Practice Units patients. Maintains clinical expertise for Departmental assignments at various business units throughout, as assigned. Communicates effectively with patients, co-workers, physicians and other system employees as needed, regarding patient care needs. Adequately documents all aspects of patient care. Supervises, directs and delegates to Respiratory Therapists, Respiratory orients, externs and students, as assigned. Completes necessary and accurate patient billing information. Schedule NotesDuration: 13 WeeksInterview: In-Person or Phone (30 minutes)Education: Associate of Science DegCertification: BLSLicense - Respiratory Therapist in the State of MichiganTechnology: Cerner, Schedule for nights (1 position) 6:30pm - 7:00am, every other weekend and holiday. Orientation: 3 days - 36 hoursOn Call: NoBlock Scheduling: YesResponsibility: Adult ICU or Neo Natal ICU - Will work in one or the other unitMust Have: Good communication skills, organization skills. Facility size: 500 patients. Note: ICU workers with only long term care facility experience will not work.Skills: Required Skills & Experience:-Two years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience. Preferred Skills & Experience:-N/AEducation: Required Education:-Associate of Science Degree, from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program.
