working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in
Rochester, Michigan, 48307! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
RN Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM Hours
per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent CVICU
experience License: Current licensure by the state board of nursing
Certifications: Current ACLS and BLS certifications Must-Have:
Experience with Impella and IABP Description: Provides leadership
in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient
care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and
document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively
communicates pertinent patient and family information to the health
care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from
patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Ability to
perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Clinical
knowledge and analytical abilities are necessary to formulate
effective nursing care plans within the unit or department to which
staff is assigned. Ability to effectively communicate with
