Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,267 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Dialysis experience. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required; active certifications with nothing pending. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months permanent Dialysis experience prior to travel. - One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. - References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - Background checks must be clear with no open cases. - Must complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing contract. Description: We provide IHD - hemodialysis services in both a dialysis unit for patients who are stable enough to come there and at the bedside of ICU patients who need hemodialysis and cannot travel. We also connect and disconnect patients from their peritoneal dialysis treatment. We do not provide CRRT therapy; that is managed by ICU nurses. For the actual machines for IHD, we primarily have Fresenius machines, and a full orientation to the machines will be provided. We do not use Tablo machines. All requirements listed are non-negotiable. Day shift consists of three 12-hour shifts, typically from 7 AM to 7:30 PM. On-call rotation and every other weekend coverage are required. Candidates must have no background hits and cannot have any license hits. Exemption to nicotine-free facility requirements applies temporarily for nurses and CSTs; all other travelers must be nicotine-free. All required modules must be completed prior to the start and annually, with restrictions on billable hours. Travelers may extend with the client for a period of 18 months, after which a six-month break is required. Client approval may defer the required six-month break on a case-by-case basis.
