Mammography Tech Location: Commerce Township, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,072 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Mammography Tech Specialty: MAM/BRST CNTR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0830-1700 Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Required Certifications: Required Must-Have: - Proven skills in performing diagnostic mammographic examinations - Ability to verify patient identity and review medical records for appropriateness of exams - Excellent communication skills to explain procedures to patients - Proficient in setting up equipment and acquiring appropriate images as per script - Ability to review images and make initial observations - Documentation of exceptions from established protocols - Effective communication of data to radiologist Description: The Mammography Technologist performs diagnostic mammographic exams. They verify patient identity and review the patient’s medical record for appropriateness of the exam or procedure. The technologist explains the procedure to the patient. They set up equipment and acquire appropriate images as per script. They review images and make initial observations.
