Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A K-12 occupational therapy professional position is available in Painesville, OH, for the current school year on a contract basis. This role provides leave coverage from the first week of April through May, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels. Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and track progress. Provide interventions that enhance students functional abilities in the school environment. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings. Proven ability to work effectively with children and adolescents within K-12 educational programs. Strong knowledge of educational and therapeutic practices to support student success. Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to special education services. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
