CHSJOBS The ADON is responsible for managing the nursing department in the absence of the DON. The ADON must possess leadership and supervisory skills and must be able to work with all team members. Qualified candidates must have a valid Ohio LPN or RN nursing license in good standing with the State. Must have minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience and knowledge of long term care regulations and survey process.
