Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing quality
care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction.
Standard tasks to be performed by a NP/PA as specified by the Ohio
State Board of Medicine and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws: What
you will do This is a full-time day shift position in the
Outpatient setting; Monday through Friday at our UH Cleveland
Medical Center. This position will be responsible for seeing
outpatient cellular therapy and photopheresis patients in
collaboration with our malignant hematology and stem cell
transplant faculty. Experience in Hematology/Oncology as a nurse or
APP is required. - Initiates and maintains positive relationships

education and participation in peer review (5%) Qualifications
Education Qualifications /n · (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing, or
/n · Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program /n
Experience Qualifications /n · 1 years as a NP or PA Preferred /n
Skills and Abilities /n /n - Demonstrated leadership skills.
(Required proficiency) /n - Demonstrated skills in interpersonal
relationships. (Required proficiency) /n - Must have computer
skills to access patient medical data from UHHS mainframe.
(Required proficiency) /n - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
and Outlook. (Required proficiency) /n /n Licenses and
Certifications /n /n - Current Registered Nurse (RN) in the State
of Ohio, and /n - Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Ohio, or
/n - Current Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Ohio /n -
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required and /n - Advanced Cardiac Life
