Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, OH PRN | On-Site | Ohio PT License Required Kingston Care Center of Sylvania is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll help residents recover strength, mobility, and independence while working in a supportive, team-focused environment. Whether it’s guiding someone through post-surgery rehab or helping a long-term care resident maintain quality of life, your expertise will make a lasting difference right here in Sylvania, Ohio.
