Requirements MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE 18 months of recent Cardiac Stepdown experience - travel experience will suffice. PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required.
