Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Stepdown Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,650 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Cardiac Stepdown RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44140! Shift: Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM 3×12?hour shifts per week Floating possible to J1?2, J33, and ED (same patient population) Works every other holiday ??? Responsibilities: Provide neuro stepdown level nursing care to adult patients Monitor neuro status, vitals, and early signs of deterioration Manage drips, post?neuro procedure care, stroke protocols, and ECG monitoring Collaborate with interdisciplinary neuro teams Document in electronic health records Pass ECG rhythm test & safeMedicate test during orientation Follow Cleveland Clinic safety, quality, and float guidelines 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Different healthcare facilities may have varying nursing policies and procedures. Requirements Experience Requirements Minimum 18 months of PERMANENT (staff) experience in the specialty (Neuro Stepdown) before traveling 18 months of recent Neuro Stepdown experience required Travel experience is accepted PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred but not required License Requirements Active Permanent Ohio RN License OR Active Compact RN License License must be in hand at time of submission Certification Requirements All must be active (no pending items): BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) ACLS NIHSS 29414915EXPTEMP
