opportunity aimed at nurturing the professional growth of newly
graduated nurses. Our program offers a dynamic and supportive
environment in both facility-based and home-based settings,
providing holistic and advanced medical care to our communities
through our extensive network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals
and home health agencies. This residency is designed to transition
novice nurses into competent professionals through rigorous
training, mentorship, and diverse clinical experiences. Deliver
exceptional patient care in a variety of settings including
inpatient, home health, and hospice care. Participate in
comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to implement and evaluate patient
care plans. Engage in hands-on training sessions and attend
educational workshops to enhance clinical skills. Adhere to all
facility health and safety policies and procedures. Strong clinical
skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to work
effectively in a team and independently. Adaptability and
resilience in various patient care settings. Proficiency with
medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must have passed the
NCLEX-RN. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice.
