Job Description Michigan Primary Care Outpatient opportunity
with an academic affiliation is seeking a physician to work as a
solo practitioner. There will be light telephone call, will have a
team model where you will be assigned a Nurse Practitioner to
assist. You will be given a generous salary with production that is
based on net revenue over expenses. Location is just two hours to
Detroit, one hour from Port Huron and Saginaw. The community has an
excellent school system. Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.

details. Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME time and
money available. Up to 4 weeks of PTO available. 401K. Paid
