Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) — required for all
locum tenens CRNA roles Active Michigan RN license (must have at
time of application) BLS and ACLS certifications — required Clean
malpractice and license history; recent NPDB Self Query Report
(within 30 days) — required Minimum 1 year of CRNA clinical
experience in hospital-based anesthesia or equivalent (OR/trauma
experience preferred) Willingness to work varied shifts in an
operating room / trauma environment Membership in AANA — highly
preferred Experience with Epic EMR — preferred Must be a local
provider (mileage reimbursement available) Responsibilities Provide
safe, evidence-based anesthesia care for general surgical cases
involving adult and geriatric patients Deliver perioperative
anesthesia services within a supervised CRNA model, including
pre-op assessment, intraoperative management, and post-anesthesia
care (PACU) Manage airway, sedation, regional and general
anesthesia as appropriate for assigned cases Maintain accurate,
timely anesthesia documentation in the electronic medical record
(EMR) Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, RNs, and
surgical techs to ensure patient safety and continuity of care Why
