This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality anesthesia services to adult and geriatric patients within a Level III trauma setting, ensuring continuity of care while gaining valuable experience in a renowned healthcare facility. Required Skills: Valid State RN and CRNA certifications Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Proven experience providing anesthesia in a hospital setting Ability to operate independently within a supervised CRNA model Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience in trauma or Level III trauma centers Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Previous locum or temporary staffing experience Additional certifications such as the Difficult Airway or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s degree or higher in Nursing Anesthesia (MNA or DNP) Minimum of 2 years of professional anesthesia practice Prior experience working in hospital environments with adult and geriatric populations Other Requirements: Ability to work varied shifts (8, 10, 12-hour shifts), no call required Local candidates preferred; mileage reimbursed Credentialing timeframe of 90-120 days Must hold or be able to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications for Michigan practice This is an excellent chance to enhance your professional portfolio and enjoy a supportive work environment with competitive pay at $167.50 per hour.
