Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: Registered Nurse- Medical Step-Down Location: Cleveland, OH Employment Type: Contract Shift: Nights and Days both are available Shift Length: 12 hours Expected Hours: 36 hours per week Duration: 13 weeks Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Step Down to join our dynamic healthcare team. This vital role involves providing advanced nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care units or acute hospital settings to less intensive care environments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations, to determine ongoing care needs. - Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with physician directives and patient conditions. - Administer medications accurately, including IV infusions, injections, and Botulinum toxin treatments, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. - Monitor patients for signs of acute pain, infectious diseases, or complications related to trauma or chronic conditions such as cardiac issues or neurological impairments. Required Qualifications:: - 2 years of Step down Experience - Valid Ohio State RN license - ACLS Certified through AHA - BLS Certified through AHA /nPlease submit your resume to or Call .
