Enjoy Cleveland's vibrant city life, Lake Erie waterfront, and cultural attractions while working a night-shift travel nursing job. /n/nJob Details/n /n - Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) / Maternity Nurse (Night Shift)/n - Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 (Cleveland healthcare, Lake Erie area)/n - Unit: Special Delivery (Labor & Delivery)/n - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (91 days)/n - Start Date: March 30, 2026/n - End Date: June 29, 2026/n - Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Orientation: 16 hours/n - Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,680 – $1,770/n - Employment Type: Travel, On-site (Travel RN jobs, Ohio travel nurse)/n /n/nJob Requirements / Qualifications/n /n - Experience: Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) Labor & Delivery experience prior to travel assignments/n - Recent Experience: At least 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience in a Level III or IV setting, including both scrub and circulating duties (travel experience accepted)/n - Licensure: Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)/n - Certifications (AHA): BLS, ACLS, and NRP (all active, nothing pending)/n - Reference: One supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty required/n - Assessments: ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing required during orientation (acceptable score required)/n - Vaccinations: COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)/n - Preferred: Prior travel RN assignments in L&D, experience with high-acuity obstetrics, familiarity with electronic medical records used in Ohio hospitals/n /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients, including maternal/fetal assessments, labor support, and postpartum stabilization/n - Provide care for high-acuity obstetric patients in a Level III/IV environment, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition/n - Assist with deliveries and obstetric procedures, performing both scrub and circulating roles as needed/n - Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately following facility protocols/n - Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, NICU, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal maternal and neonatal outcomes/n - Document patient care clearly and promptly in the medical record according to facility policies/n - Educate and support patients and families throughout the birth experience (maternity nurse, obstetric nurse duties)/n - Work at least every other holiday as required by the unit/n /n/n Why join this Cleveland travel nursing assignment?
