Summary A Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates patient
care, educates patients and families about health conditions, and
offers advice and emotional support. RNs work collaboratively with
physicians and healthcare teams to assess patient needs, develop
care plans, administer treatments, and ensure the highest level of
patient care in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare
facilities. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans . Monitor and record patient symptoms,
medical history, and vital signs . Administer medications,
treatments, and intravenous (IV) therapies as prescribed. Assist
physicians and healthcare teams during medical procedures and
examinations . Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results to
report to physicians. Educate patients and families about disease
management, medications, and post-treatment care . Maintain
accurate and detailed patient medical records and documentation .
Observe patients for changes in condition and respond
appropriately. Ensure infection control and safety standards are
followed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver
high-quality patient care . Required Qualifications Associate
Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
from an accredited program. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of employment. Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Knowledge of clinical nursing practices and patient
care standards . Strong understanding of medical terminology and
healthcare procedures . Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of
clinical nursing experience . Experience in hospital, acute care,
or specialized departments such as ICU, ER, or behavioral health.
Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) .
Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems . Key
