Job Title: RN Critical Care Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Critical Care Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Day/Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - 2-3:1 patient assignments - Ability to float to other ICUs/Step-downs Description: This position is for a 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU. Candidates will provide care for acute stroke, SAH, seizures, and post-surgical patients. Responsibilities include invasive intracranial pressure monitoring. Frequent neurological assessments are required. Hemodynamic monitoring is an essential part of the role. Routine CT, MRI, and Angio procedures will be performed.
