This full-time permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, teamwork, and long-term career stability . In this role, you will work within a collaborative anesthesia care model , partnering closely with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to deliver safe and effective anesthesia care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments Develop individualized anesthesia care plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care Deliver intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications Deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams Schedule Highlights Full-time day shift schedule Late shift rotation ending at 5:00 PM No weekends required No on-call responsibilities This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a CRNA seeking a stable permanent role with strong earning potential, a supportive clinical team, and an exceptional work-life balance .
