Schedule: 4-day workweek | 10-hour day shifts Call: 1 in 4 weeks
(first call from home) 1 weekend/month We are seeking an
experienced NP – Cardiovascular Surgery for a locum assignment in
Lansing, MI . This is a rounding-focused inpatient role supporting
cardiac and vascular surgery teams at a Level I Trauma Center . No
OR responsibilities. Position Highlights Specialty: Cardiovascular
Surgery (Inpatient APP Role) Shift Model: 4×10s (Days) Weekend
Coverage: 1 weekend per month Call: 1 in 4 weeks Average Census:
~15 patients/day (weekends higher) EMR: Epic Travel, lodging,
rental car/mileage reimbursed Clinical Scope CVICU, CV step-down,
and vascular patients Daily rounding, discharges, and inpatient
management Weekend coverage independently (1 of 4 rotation)
Compensation Hourly (10-hour days) Orientation (½ hourly rate)
Holiday, night call, 24-hour call, call-back Conversion fee (if
