the Position Job Title: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Supervisor Profession: Supervisor Specialty: Social Work/Adult
Behavioral Health Duration: Full-time Shift: Monday to Thursday,
8:30 AM - 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 8.5 -
9.5 hours Experience: Minimum of two years of experience working
with or treating adults with serious mental illness. Preferred
experience working in a community mental health setting.
Supervisory experience and experience working as a member of an ACT
team is highly preferred. License: Must have a master’s degree in
social work and full licensure (LMSW) in the state. Certifications:
Candidate must meet the criteria for Qualified Mental Health
Professional (QMHP) within 120 days of hire. Must also have a
Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor (CAADC) credential or the
ability to be approved for a professional development plan for a
CAADC within 30 days of hire. Must apply for a Certified Clinical
Supervisor (CCS) development plan once the CAADC has been issued
and obtain the CCS within the timeframe allowed. Must-Have: Must
demonstrate competence in mental health and co-occurring substance
use treatment. Candidates must maintain the fidelity of the ACT
model. Ability to lead a team of advocates, nurses, and peer
support specialists is essential. Must demonstrate the ability to
work collaboratively with clients, community members, and agency
staff. Ability to work both independently and as a team member is
required. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
communication skills are needed. Organizational skills and
attention to detail are essential for tracking and preparing data.
A nonjudgmental approach that reflects cultural competency and
sensitivity to the unique needs and diverse experiences of clients
and staff is required. Ability to appropriately handle crisis
situations is necessary. Description: We have an exciting
opportunity for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor
to join our team of talented professionals. As an ACT Supervisor in
the Assertive Community Treatment Program, you will be responsible
for the administrative and clinical functioning of the program.
This includes ensuring the identification and engagement of
eligible participants and the delivery of ACT services to
participants and their families. In addition to overseeing the
program, the ACT Supervisor will participate in the delivery of
direct services to ACT participants. You will facilitate adherence
to ACT fidelity standards. Regular working hours are Monday through
Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 5:00
PM. Based on the needs of clients and the program, additional hours
may be expected, including evenings and weekends. You will provide
after-hours coverage for crisis calls to support program staff as
needed. Mileage reimbursement will be available when a personal
vehicle is used, according to IRS standards. All training paid for
by the organization. Medical, dental, and vision insurance will be

include observing New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Martin Luther
King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,
