Overview Fairmont of Northville is a 120-bed Senior Living

Resident Care Director is responsible for providing overall
leadership and management of the health and well- being of the
residents within the community. Responsibilities include but not
limited to all clinical programs, quality assurance and regulatory
compliance; assisting in the recruiting, hiring and training of
clinical team members, completing clinical staffing, scheduling and
daily reviews of timekeeping reports. Responsible for team member

Qualifications Maintains current state license as a Professional
Registered Nurse per state regulations • Experience in assisted
living, home health or long term care industries • A minimum of two
(2) years’ experience as a Registered Nurse • Demonstration of
competence in assessment skills, injections / medication
administration, follow up and triage • Minimum one (1) year nursing
management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance
management daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling
• Ability to handle & prioritize priorities • Ability to delegate
assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills,
roles and interests • Possess written and verbal skills for
effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group
presentations • Competent in organizational, time management skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making
skills • Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft
Office and Community applications with the ability to learn new
applications • As applicable, all Community team members who drive
a Community vehicle must review and sign the Driver job description
• Ability to work weekends, evenings & flexible hours as needed for
resident care/services, must be available to our customers at peak
service times and as needed
