Practice Highlights

• Hospital-based anesthesia practice
• 180-bed facility with 11 operating rooms
• Supervision model: 1 Anesthesiologist to 4 CRNAs
• Approximately 35 surgical cases per day
• Dedicated OR teams including RN circulators and scrub technicians
• Documentation currently paper-based, transitioning to Epic in June 2026

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
• Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural interventions
• Recognize and manage anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery management and pain control
• Perform arterial line placement, IV access, and floor intubations as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and procedural teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts
• Consistent scheduling in a supportive team environment
