• Ongoing hospital-based CRNA coverage at a Level III trauma center
• Broad surgical case mix with cardiovascular, neuro, vascular, ortho, robotics, and OB exposure
• Flexible 8 or 10-hour weekday shifts
• Collaborative anesthesia team with 1:4 supervision model
• Assignment Details

• 8 or 10-hour day shifts

• Paper documentation transitioning to Epic in June 2026
• Average Surgical Cases Per Day: 35
• Requirements
• NBCRNA certification
• Active Michigan license
• BLS and ACLS
• PALS preferred
• Clean background history
• Graduation from accredited anesthesia program
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills

• Adult and geriatric patient population with limited pediatrics
• Cases include:
• Cardiovascular
• Vascular
• Neuro
• General Surgery
• ENT
• Urology
• Orthopedics
• Robotics

• Podiatry
• Plastic Surgery
• Additional coverage areas:
• OB
• Endoscopy
• Non-invasive cardiology
• Radiology (CT/MRI)
• Required procedures include:
• General anesthesia
• Regional anesthesia
• Arterial lines
• IV insertions
• Floor intubations
• Support Structure
• 11 ORs
• RN and scrub tech support
• 1 MDA supervising 4 CRNAs
