Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a motivated,
team-building individual to fill an opening forRetail Supervisor II
at ourFenton StoreFull Time position$11.50/Hour Plus Potential

Supervise and train store staff * Open and close the store* Assist
with cash handling* Handle customer concerns* Stock and return
merchandise* Maintain displays and store* Must be able to delegate
tasks* Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and
procedures Qualifications And Skills* High School diploma (or
equivalent)* Minimum of two years' retail experience (or related
type work).* Must have supervisory experience.* Ability to use the
cash register and follow Goodwill Industries policies
andprocedures.* Ability to work full time; all shifts
(Sunday-Saturday between the hours of 7:00 amand 10:00 pm) and
extra shifts as necessary.* Ability to lift 15-35 pounds.* Ability
to hang merchandise; lifting up to six feet.* Ability to deliver
excellent customer service.* Ability to bend and stoop.* Must have
