District Manager - Sales Brokerage Manager

The District Manager position is responsible for developing and
leading the highway brokerage sales and operations for Alliance
- Collaborate with Vice President in developing budget to include
revenue, margin, staff goals.
- Hire and train new employees in highway brokerage sales,
carriers sales, operations.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the district,
teams, and individual employees.
- Prospect and establish new customers to provide Alliance's
- Have well established processes that enables Alliance to meet
customer needs, maintain effective account receivables/payables,
- Develop key vendor relationships.
Essential Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Sales Brokerage Experience.
- Sales Brokerage Leadership Experience.
- Situational Leadership.
- Effective Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
- Commitment to Task.
- Sales and Negotiation.
